Returns & Exchanges Policy

What is Your Return or Exchange Policy?

At Irutah, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or stained.
  • The product does not match the size ordered.
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging, with all labels and protective stickers intact.

If you receive a package that is unsealed or tampered with, please contact us immediately for further assistance.

Please note: This policy applies only to orders delivered within Pakistan. For international orders, kindly reach out to our customer support team for assistance

How to Request a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Email us at eshop@irutah.com with your order details and the reason for your return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the product back to our Ecommerce Department.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In some cases, our customer support team may guide you to the nearest Irutah outlet for an exchange.

Processing Time for Returns

We strive to process all returns within 5-7 business days upon receiving your item. During high-demand periods, please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be completed.

Size Exchange Policy

If you need a different size, we’re happy to help! Simply contact us at eshop@irutah.com within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. In some instances, we may direct you to your nearest Irutah outlet for a size exchange.

Refund Policy

While we don’t typically offer refunds, we will provide one if an exchange is not possible or no other solution can be offered. Refunds will be processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees), and any currency conversion fees or changes in exchange rates are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the processing time for refunds is 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

International Orders

For international customers, we currently do not offer a return or exchange policy, as every product is thoroughly inspected by our quality control team before dispatch.

If you refuse to accept an order at delivery, we are not responsible for any refunds or compensation.

In exceptional cases, if an exchange is approved, the customer will be required to ship the product to our operations facility in Islamabad, Pakistan at their own cost for further inspection.

Returns on Sale or Discounted Items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the product received does not match your order.

Customized Orders

Customized or made-to-order products, including altered items, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, if there’s an issue with the custom order, such as incorrect measurements, please provide us with photo evidence, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Receiving a Damaged or Defective Product

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please send us clear evidence, such as images or videos, to support your claim. Once we receive your proof, our team will investigate and offer a prompt resolution.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

The payment for your order is taken from your bank account immediately upon completing the checkout process. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment is processed successfully.

What is wishlist?

A wishlist allows you to save your favorite items for future purchases. You can add products to your wishlist and revisit them anytime to buy later, making it easier to keep track of items you like but aren't ready to purchase yet.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team immediately via email at eshop@irutah.com with your order details and images of the issue. Our team will investigate the issue and provide a solution, whether it's a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, you can request changes or cancellation only if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

What is ``package tracking`` in my orders?

Package tracking allows you to follow your order’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to check the status and location of your package in real-time
